My recent stay at Alex Palace was a study in contrasts-luxury and value intertwined to create a pleasant experience. The room, though spacious and immaculate, lacked the lavish touches expected in a luxury establishment. The breakfast, whilst sizable, didn't particularly stand out. However, the value proposition shone through in the attentive room service and prompt housekeeping-a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. The convenience of the airport shuttle and valet parking added practicality, although at a steep price. The property's location, near the beach and local eateries, was a real highlight, offering a taste of the vibrant surroundings. Despite missing some decadent amenities, Alex Palace presents a solid choice for visitors seeking a blend of affordability and comfort in the heart of Gdansk. A fine option for a fuss-free stay with family.
